Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons or promotions, processing times may extend slightly. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.
Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays due to customs, weather, or carrier issues may occur.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at bakhkk@outlook.com within 3 days of the estimated delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
International Orders
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient. Refused shipments due to unpaid fees will not be refunded.
