ORDER CANCELLATION
We typically process orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. And we accept ordercancellations within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product is shipped or producedOrders can be canceled during this time without any processing fee. After 24 hours, if the order isalready in the processing or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be accepted
RETURNS

Eligibility Criteria: To aualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, andreturned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure it is in the original packaging. No returns areaccepted after 30 days.
Documentation Required: For a smooth return process, provide the receipt or proof of purchase.Include the order number and the reason for return inside the package. Connect with our customerservice to confrm the correct return address
Evidence for Efficient Resolution: To better understand and address your concerns, we requestphotos and videos as evidence. Our team will contact you via email within 3 business days tocommunicate the outcome of your return/refund request. Once your request is approved, we'llfurnish you with a return address

RETURNABLE/EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS

If you suspect shipping damage, please obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your deliverycarrier,which should be included in your returned package.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. Thespecifc fee should be based on the express company you choose.lf due to our reasons, the goodsreceived are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not reguired to bear the shipping fee forthis reason.
