How much weight can my shelf hold?

The weight capacity for each shelf will be different depending on the size and installation. It can range between 20 and 80 lbs. For more complete information refer to the individual product listing.

What if I can't hit studs?

Mounting to solid wood blocking or studs will give you the highest weight capacity but we know that it's not always possible to mount to studs, if you can't locate studs or you want to add additional mounting points, we recommend using toggle bolt anchors and screws. Standard plastic drywall anchors will pull out of the wall and can cause the shelf to lean forward. Toggle Bolt style drywall anchors do a great job of supporting the weight.

Can I cancel my order?

We typically process orders within 1-3 business days after the order is placed. And we accept ordercancellations within 24 hours of placing the order and before the product is shipped or producedOrders can be canceled during this time without any processing fee. After 24 hours, if the order isalready in the processing or shipping stage, cancellation will no longer be accepted

What if I've lost my hardware?

We ship each order with a yellow hardware bag with each shelf order. If that has been lost below is a link to our included hardware and recommendations for hollow wall anchors (if needed). They are readily available at most hardware stores or you may also purchase additional hardware for $5 plus shipping. Contact us if you would like to order replacement hardware.

Do you use sustainable wood?

We only source our wood from FSC & PEFC Certified Suppliers. We guarantee that all our wood is from 100% sustainable & comes from regenerative managed forests, which gives you the confidence you are buying a completely sustainable wooden product!

We only use the highest grade joinery pine. This allows us to manufacture a product which is consistently high quality with the knowledge that its sustainable and environmentally friendly.

What is Package Protection?

Package Protection is cheap Peace of Mind with shipping insurance. While we take great care crafting and  packaging each order, stuff happens. We've had order run over by a fok lift, dropped off of trucks, lost and stolen. To give you added confidence, we offer optional Package Protection at checkout.

It is shipping insurance that covers packages that are damaged, stolen or lost in transit.

How Does it Work? If your order ends up damaged, stolen or lost, our support team will file your claim (they may reach for additional information, pictures or details) to ensure that your order gets reparied or replaced. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing (mcuh better than the 1-2 weeks for UPS/FedEx).

When will my order ship?

Our team needs 1-2 business days to pack and ship your full order. For larger items, we ask that you allow 3-4 business days. Orders placed after 1:00 pm EST on Friday — or over the weekend — will ship on the next business day.

Can I return my order?

We gladly accept product returns, ensuring customer satisfaction is our priority. Here's how ourreturn process works:

Eligibility Criteria: To aualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, andreturned within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure it is in the original packaging. No returns areaccepted after 30 days.

Can I exchange my order?

We understand that circumstances may arise, and we're here to make the return or exchangeprocess as seamless as possible. Here are the eligible scenarios for returns or exchanges:

  1. Unused Product: ltems that are in their original condition and have not been used.
  2. Defective ltem: ltems with manufacturing defects or functional issues.
  3. Wrong ltem Received: lf you received an item different from what you ordered.
  4. ltems Damaged in Transit: Products damaged during shipping or delivery.
  5. Lost or Missing ltems: lf your package is lost in transit or arrives with missing items.
